1. Returns Period You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

• The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

3. How to Initiate a Return Please contact our customer support team at akira88lasthuman@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

4. Refunds Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it typically takes 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Shipping Costs

• We will cover the shipping costs for returns resulting from product quality defects.

• For returns due to personal preference (non-quality related), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
